Driving in the old city

You can stop your vehicle in front of the residence to drop your bags. To access the residence, you can enter in the old city via the old city gates : “Porte de la Ligne” (1) by car (the “Porte Saint-Lazare” (2) is now closed)

To exit the city, the easiest way is to take the city gate : “Porte Saint-Joseph” (3)

In the streets

Except in peak season, you can find parking spots in the street along the inside city wall. Some place require a ticket for a day use. See the machines around.

Toll Parking (P1 and P2)

The P1 -Parking du Palais- is the nearest by foot (+/-350 meters) and this is a scenic historical path.

The P2 -Parking des Halles- is a bit further (+/-650 meters) and is often full.
