To open the door press one digit after another regularly without excessive pression. You light a led each time you push a digit. Once the 6 digits codes is entered, the leds strt blinking and the lock start turning.
→ If the little leds at the top don’t react, use the physical key in the keybox. (see below)
→ if the leds seems OK but the lock doesn’t react, please hold the door closed and try again.
If you do not hear the lock rotating, retry once again then use the physical key in the keybox (see below)
If you hear the lock rotating, but the door doesn’t open or close, you may have closed the door instead of opening it so, type the code again.
If you hear the lock turning again and the door doesn’t open, the lock is jammed: please check if the door if perfectly closed and use the physical key in the keybox (see below)
Next to your room door, there is a small grey keybox that contains a physical key. It can be opened using a 4 digits code then press the black small level at the left of the code and use the key.
<aside> ⚠️ When away, always replace the key in the keybox. If the physical key is lost or not in place after your check out a minimum charge of 120€ can occur to a maximum of the lock value.
