Check-list BEFORE arrival

• [ ] Did you sent your email and phone number/Whatsapp to [email protected] or used the online form on https://aodp.fr/confirm ? (must be done if you did not reserve directly via AODP.FR).
• [ ] Did you pay for city taxes and extras (not included in the rate except for direct reservation on aodp.fr) ?

Checklist on the arrival day

• [ ] You should have received a check-in document in PDF (via email and/or Whatsapp), where you’ll find the entrance code, room code, and Wifi user/password.
• [ ] You have a easily showable printed or electronic version of the check-in document to allow access by car to the residence. (if required)
• [ ] You have received a map with directions to/from the residence and the nearby public parking. (if traveling by car). For more info, see : Parking and driving in the old city

Upon Arrival

• [ ] Type the main door entrance code followed by "#" or press the "🔔" button to request assistance.
• [ ] Check the directions to your accommodation (in bold on your check-in document). The main computer screen in the entrance hall can assist you with directions. You can also press the Check-in/Check-Out/Service button in the entrance hall for direct assistance.
• [ ] Once in front of your room/suite, use the keypad to enter your six-digit code to unlock or to lock the door. Alternatively, you can access a physical key from the gray keybox next to the door. Call us directly to get the code for regular key access.
• [ ] After checking your room, visit the Common Kitchen (access from the main entrance hall) to get fresh water, coffee capsules, or tea. Also, explore the Roof Terrace (access to the top floor via the stairs from the main courtyard).

<aside> ⚠️ If you arrive before 16:00 (4.00pm) and your room is not ready, your luggage can be left in the communal kitchen under video surveillance. If you wish to walk around Avignon on the day of departure without taking your luggage with you, you can also leave it in the communal kitchen before 10:00 (10.00am).
